Founded in 1998, Zhejiang Vansun Medical Needle Department has nearly 20 years of stainless steel capillary manufacturing experience and possesses a number of high-quality production and technical management team. It owns more than 300 sets of automatic equipments, such as German automatic CNC pipe equipment, Japanese oil moving core automatic reducing equipment, automatic high pressure cleaning leakage test equipment, automatic vacuum annealing solid solution equipment, hollowing drawing reducing, straightening, pipe cutting, sharpening and so on. All our company′s raw materials are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel: Independent research and development of the most advanced needle grinding mill CNC automatic machine tool line and all the needles in the 100, 000-level purification plant with water for precision injection.

Using the best stainless steel billets at abroad, the company makes the best sizing needle tubing of different specifications of rigidity and toughness after a specific reduction and straightening process. And the tubing is prevented from leakage through high-pressure leak detection and achieves the precision of ± 0.15mm with full CNC cutting bare needle length, not only greatly improving the grinding performance of the wheel, but also improving the puncture performance and stability. He company takes strict control of precision cleaning process, through washing of two-time high pressure natural water, then three courses of purified water, and finally three courses of water for injection. Ultrasonic cleaning covers a total of eight-time washing for no foreign body residues in each needle in order to manufacture products that patients use securely.
